How can I do an inventory transfer without impacting our GL. we are trying to incorporate Bin Management but we first need to do Inventory Transfers.

I don't think this is possible. Inventory Worksheets is the best recommendation I'd have so you can remove\add inventory from some account and location. GL is going to be hit if you affect inventory, but you can control which account it hits.

Transfers do have a GL impact as they are moving from one location to another, but the overall impact of the account is 0 since you would be debiting and crediting the same amount from two locations. However, if you had a negative position on inventory in one location before the transfer was made, Netsuite does hit the sales account to make up for that.
