Hi guys, Is there a way to auto-populate Items only for the first opportunity of a customer? Meaning if I have a new customer and there is a new opportunity for this customer, the system automatically fills in few items in the opportunity when its created. However, if the customer is old and already has opportunities but we have to create a new opportunity for him to upgrade the products, I dont want the system to autopopulate this new opportunity? Is there any way I could implement this?
