General question that might be too unique to our business, but thought I would ask. We have Salesforce Bundles that when they are eventaully put on the on Salesforce Sales Orders come in at 0 cost, but all the children items of that Bundle are on the Sales Order. When we push that over into NetSuite we have a kit for that same bundle and non-inventory for Sale items for the children. We want the invoice that goes to the customer to show only the Kit/Bundle name with the cost. But everything is being pushed from Salesforce line by line. Thus creating line items for the Kit at 0 cost and all the children with the cost coming from Salesforce. Curious to see how other companies handle bundles coming from SF into NS Sales Orders.

check if your kit item has “display components on transaction” checkbox checked (on purchase subtab); if so uncheck it

Is that really a kit and not an item group?

So what is happening is that Celigo brings over every item on the Salesforce Sales Order. On the Salesforce Sales Order it has the Bundle Product and the children product. These all push over 1 to 1 into NetSuite. So the Kit and the children. Looking to see how other companies handles this. Logically it makes sense on how Celigo is creating the Sales Orders in NetSuite with all the same items.
