recently came across an issue with a scheduled workflow, it's a scheduled workflow that sends an Invoice attached as PDF. The workflow, email, and PDF are working as expected however, the date formats on the dates within the Invoice are incorrect. Instead of using the subsidiaries date format of D.M.YYYY it's using the standard format of MM/DD/YYYY of our global date format preferences. Unfortunately we can't change the date format on the global preferences because our primary subsidiary uses the MM/DD/YYYY format. Came across a few Suite Answers articles, one fix is to edit the form template however it's a standard form template and not an advanced one. Anyone come across this before and have a workaround?

Have you tried changing the workflow owner's date preferences? I seem to vaguely recall having some date issues with workflows where it turned out it was actually feeding off my personal date preferences because I was the workflow owner. Could totally be wrong here, but worth a shot.

Gave that a try after I posted, made the owner a user of the respective subsidiary who has their user preferences set to the correct locale date format. Let it run on its normal schedule but just confirmed it’s still the same issue.

Is this where you look for a setting Print in Customer Locale?
