hi folks...... am a beginner for workflows scenario :Create a workflow for SO, such that the workflow should trigger only if it contains an inventory item. Approver should be employee supervisor. i had created a workflow on salesorder and created some stages what is the entry condition for triggering if and only if inventory item is there.

Make a saved search that has the criteria you want and use it as a condition for your workflow The WF will only trigger on the SOs that are results of the saved search
