Hi - is it not possible to use workflow to 'send email' to a static employee group? I have two groups configured and neither show in my workflow action for 'specific recipients'

Hi Scott,  Yes sorry you cannot send emails to a group only an individual employee or contact

There are a few "hacks" out there to email multiple contacts.  Most of them include creating a custom field where you put a bunch of emails (comma separated) and use that as your recipient

You probably could create a custom workflow action script to achieve this
