Does anyone know a good contact at Avalara that is not my account manager or his manager? They have been non-responsive and I have been trying to get Avalara implemented since August.

@April Pitts April, in my experience, Avalara support stinks. My account manager is generally helpful on upselling and contract renewals...if it involves support our AM doesn't respond. We've had at least 5 different AMs over the years. Anyways what I find that helps is to use the Chat support first. https://knowledge.avalara.com/bundle/xti1670300535545/page/contact_avalara_support.html Generally, if they can help, they will. If not they create a case. Once it falls into the case queue you have to hound them, daily, for a response. Being an annoyance by daily responses to the case is what I found to be helpful when there is an issue. I've also directly contacted folks I met on the Avalara implementation team when certain issues arise. Maybe this will help you since you've recently gone live. We're 5 years removed from our Avalara implementation and those folks are long gone. Maybe others on this thread can comment on what is helpful to a successful case resolution. -Roy
