Is it possible on SCA to password protect a page?

If the page is a custom part of My Account, yes, as My Account is behind the customer login. However, from the way you asked the question, I guess you mean a landing page? If so, I would possibly create a custom module, which only shows when isLoggedIn is true. This might only work if you have a Single Secure Shopping and Checkout Domain.
