I have a strange one. I'm the administrator, I run a Saved Search, it return the data in 5 seconds. The users run it and it takes up to 3 minutes, The exact same Saved Search. Any idea what could be there issue ?

have them double click on the Netsuite icon in the top left to run the PET window and see if that tells you anything interesting about where the problem might be. Clear cache and/or try a different browser, just cuz that's always worth a try.

also is it a dynamic result? Like "my transactions" where you could have like 5 and they could have 50,000?

they can change the amount of results in their personal preferences
