im getting an issue with a form (estimates) not calulating tax properly....the system is set up with avatax....would this be an avalara support issue. Exhausted my netsuite resources

getting a AvaTax error..."The Document has used AvaTax Services. An Address is incomplete or invalid" Issue is that locations are not used when issuing an opportunity/estimate. I did find that when an opportunity is first entered and saved and them and estimate is issued, the tax is calculated properly....but only when a new estimate is opened and entered on its own does the tax not calculate right

Does each estimate created (in both methods) use the same form? This could be a field not being available

would the field be a location or address field

no im saying that the field is not used but it is on the estimate form (not on the opportunity form)....im assuming it has to be removed to avoid the error
