@jen yes, NetSuite apparently is currently working on resolving it. Happening to multiple accounts.

they didn’t put anything on status.netsuite.com and I see they’ve put that back to 99.99% uptime (hmmmm)

I discovered a trick that can "bypass" that. so, when you browse to any SuiteAnswer article and that message box appears, click on 'OK' and immediately click on the 'X' button beside the search bar in your browser (see image; the refresh button will turn to 'X' after you click 'OK' button on that NS message.) That will stop SuiteAnswers from redirecting and you can view the article.
