Yeah, I don't think that the search results emails get logged in there. Is that a definite requirement to have it logged in the communications tab, or are you just looking for a way to make sure the emails went out?

I want to log the emails because if their software warranty expires and they're like, "Well I never got notification", I want to be able to see if they did get a email.
