Not sure if there is an onlineforms channel, but I’ll ask here for now. I’ll preface by saying I have no experience with Netsuite’s online form functionality. We want to send online forms to customers after certain purchases, likely through a scheduled workflow. I know netsuite will validate if it’s a current record based on first/last name or comapny name. But I don’t really want any validation at all, I just want the form to be sent from a customer record and update that customer record regardless of what is entered on the form. How can I make that possible?
