is it possible to change the center type assigned to a role, or do i really need to recreate another role just to change the center?

If you want them to use classic center you can push out the preference to use classic interface via editing the preferences in the role. That's the only thing you can really do though outside of creating new roles, which wipes out all saved bookmarks, preferences, kpis etc.

Thanks, this is ultimately the route we are deciding to move forward with. The SuiteSuccess model includes locked bundles which prevent us from cleaning up the centers, so we will need to create new roles to clean up the UI significantly.
