@J-Mack you might have to put in a ticket with NS. I believe we had to do the same thing and this was the response — “there is a system data validation tool which regularly runs to catch and fix problem situations like this. As per checking on your account, the negative quantity committed on your item record should be corrected by mm/dd/yyyy”
