If you're looking at the data, you can click the three dots on the column header, there's an option for "Show Hierarchy", on the pivot you can click the three dots on the row value in the layout and you'll see display options that relate to hierarchy

Yes I do agree. But unfortunately I cant see that particular option in my columns

You could try using something else for your root record...or perhaps bring in the parent field from the customer record?
I was looking at transaction as my root record, which i believe is why customer was viewable with a hierarchy

I am doing the same. I have added the parent as the column in my data section

While it may not group in the data, you could sort it by parent and things would at least be together...sort of. and, you could always leave some feedback for this feature
