Does anyone use FarApp as a connector, specifically for shipstation?

I have used it before for connecting Amazon and Woocommerce with Netsuite. Did not use it for ShipStation. We chose the self service option where it was implemented with limited support from them. I was not very happy with the limited support and response time.
