I'll be sure to look at the form being used though in case it's been overlooked. That'd certainly be a quick "win"!

But in that case as well, if it is there on the item and is hidden, you can only hope to make it visible by editing the form and making it visible. Also, if you could share the internal id of the field, might be able to identify where it comes from.

12/05/2018, 9:28 AMMy bad, I looked it up wrong. It's a standard field and is available with the name "Manufacturer Country" on Item page.

12/05/2018, 9:52 AMI can also see that field on the form and and it's ticked to be shown but the field is not showing on the item. Guess that explains why I've been asked to investigate!

12/05/2018, 10:00 AM@Nik The plot thickens. If I "get" the field value there's no value, as expected,, if I set the field value without saving the record I can successfully retrieve whatever I set the field to, however
a) it's not in the UI despite the form having it set to show and
b) if I try and save the record I see an unexpected error!
Might be time to call in NS Support 😉
