Sorry so late, this doesn't seem to work. Per your discussion in the other thread the UI uses a different URL so when I use this even as a customer center link I get a Page Not Found page. It is okay if there is no solution for this. I worked around the issue using a saved search. I don't need my users to be able to add files to the folder I want to link to, I just need them to be able to see the files. So the saved search works well, even better actually because I can filter to only the files there were added recently instead of showing them the whole list. Thanks!

Interesting; we're using this in an account right now and it works great. Not sure why it is different for you
