Good Morning All - I'm receiving the error message "You cannot apply more than your total credit." with Credit Memos where taxes are included. We have AvaTax. Any thoughts?

go with @C_Billings’s OneSource Tax solution(reuters) way better than Ava tax and cost effective which dings you for every call even when you do simple edit of the transaction. Carl is the lead dev on this.

On another note - check your auto apply flag - may have populated an amount on creation = to the amount on the amount line
