Hello all. I don't see a Name in customer CSV update. Any ideas why this is the case?

The thing I am wondering is how the Name, Customer ID are affected when updating Customer ID and Company Name using CSV. Some Names are blank meanwhile some Names are updated as Company Name. It is bugging me not everything is uniform.

You are really gonna have a hard time with NS if that frustrates you that much....

Frustrations aside, I can tell the Customer Name is either combinations of ID + Company Name or just ID depending on whether or not you have enabled the auto number generation feature. However right now only half of my customers have ID meanwhile other half having both ID + Company Name. I am seeing if anyone can pinpoint the problem.

If you're not making changes to the Company or ID, I'd recommend not including them in your upload and just using the customers Internal ID and the fields that you're changing
