@neerajrtiwari Even though the tracking number will not be generated using their UPS account (so it’ll start 1Z-youraccount-etc), as long as the third party account is set up properly it will still bill that. I don’t think you can change how NetSuite generates the tracking number without using some sort of third-party shipping integration.

@jokell Our customer is specifically having this requirement of having the tracking number from their account number. We built a custom label specifically for this customer. Right now both the barcode and the tracking number displayed on the custom shipping label shows tracking number from our ups account number.

We asked NetSuite if we can register a new UPS account (customer’s) in our NetSuite account. Use this account with a specific shipping item. We will hide it for other customer’s orders. We still have to test this solution.

I’d try to adjust the expectations, but I guess that isn’t always possible. 😊
