for security reason you cannot reuse the same password again also, even if it is close enough to old one. Almost every SaaS system adhere to this policy.

If you have an Admin role, you can go to the employee page and change the password, you can't set it to the current password, but you can change it real quick, then change it back.

I use this for some of my service accounts that are not setup on tokens yet, and I don't want to go and change all my configuration files for the new password
