Any know what the term Committed Invoice means? A guy from Alavara is asking me. Wha?

it's a slightly behind the scenes status on an invoice. I would think of it as meaning an invoice for which revenue has been committed. Avalara is asking because their product calls their server every time an edit is made to a "committed invoice"
