@lia.gelder I can only imagine it's referring to the description of the Topic. To create a Solution, you first create a Topic to assign the Solution to. The Topic has a Description field, so I'd check there to make sure your Solutions are assigned to a Topic that has a description. You can go to Lists > Support > Topics and double check the descriptions. I have created a few different customer case forms and solutions have always worked on them, but I always make sure Topics have a description. Hope that helps!
