Does anyone know how to use Solutions on Cases when using a custom Case form? It works fine on the standard case form, but Netsuite help says "if you use a customized case form and want to attach knowledge base descriptions [from solutions, I assume] to case responses, ensure the solution Description field is included on the form design." I'm not sure how to go about doing this, since that is a field on the Solution record type, not on Cases. Any guidance would be much appreciated!
