we have a user with access to multiple netsuite accounts who’s locked out. i tried resetting the password but only the user can change it. I looked to the oldest account with access to reset it there but it didn’t work. I cannot manually reset it, or via user access reset. he tried forgot password but it’s not working for him either. Any tips?

There is a password reset issue with the admin person needing to have access to all of the Same environments as the user.

That a sensible restriction imo
