07/19/2022, 1:33 PMAre scheduled workflows reliable? I'm testing out a few Scheduled WFs in sandbox and it doesn't seem like they run on the schedule I set. However when put the WF in test mode and execute, it seems to work as expected.
Additional info:
• Scheduled daily
• Using saved search as the WF condition
Just wondering if I'm better off with a scheduled script. Never seem to have any issues there.

07/19/2022, 1:45 PMYes I've found scheduled WF to be very reliable. Is your WF in sandbox just running periodically? Or does it never run on a schedule?

07/19/2022, 1:50 PMIf you enable logging and keep instance and history then when you look at the WF logs you can see why it didn't work on some of the records

07/19/2022, 1:55 PMThen click on the Log link to see all the actions it took/considered when it ran. (If there is no record there then that means the record you are looking at did not meet the criteria of your saved search you are using to trigger the WF)
