What is Macro? I know it is used to execute code maybe? or action? but why it is used? but I didn't understand from reading netsuite help center?

What context? You can add macros to advanced PDF's not sure I've seen them anywhere else in NetSuite.

There's even a video explaining it all, have you read any of this or watched the video?

Just seen the list of supported record Actions it's nothing very exciting to me to be honest. Still interesting though.

Yeah, maybe that is why it is not used much or even much known
