Where on SuiteCommerce can i see the code it uses to charge a credit card?

Not sure I follow exactly what you're looking for. The actual connection between the gateway and the web store happens in NetSuite, depending on the integration your gateway has made between the two. Or, do you mean the form? Or connecting the web store to the payment integration?
