07/14/2022, 12:20 PMHello - We have an accounting user requesting access to this field on the Vendor record. So far it looks like only Admins and Controllers can see it and I don't see or find a permission to apply
Any ideas?

07/14/2022, 12:40 PMMost likely a permission issue, at my company we have it set up so accountants can pick which tax ID they wish, but only the CFO/Netsuite Admin can alter what the Tax ID actually does. I hope this helps.

07/14/2022, 12:45 PMIt does look like a permission issue but we have no restrictions on that field. End user is using the exact same form as admin and controller and able to see everything except for that Tax ID

• A workflow is hiding the field on the form (before record load) - checked for workflows and no workflows or scripts referencing the field
• A Script is hiding the field on the form - same, ran a query for scripts using the field and nothing.

07/15/2022, 1:15 PMWe reached out to NetSuite about this and it turns out that the field is only on Standard forms. There's an enhancement ticket for the field to be visible on custom forms
