I have daily saved searches with counts of records that updated and times where I first noticed this... they were all showing nothing or almost nothing. We ran saved searches of workflow instances this morning to pinpoint timing and compared to yesterday.

We were successful resetting the scheduled time to trigger a scheduled saved search a few hours ago.

This affected us also. Does anyone know the timeframe during which scheduled workflows wouldn't have fired?

From what I'm seeing it very roughly looks like they stopped sometime between 9-11PM ET but were running again around 10AM ET - possibly a few hours earlier. The last scheduled workflow triggered 8:30PM ET and a rescheduled one triggered around 10AM. Several scheduled midnight-6am did not trigger.

We're still affected by this, we have a ticket regarding it. Our workflows are still not running as expected. Does anyone have any workarounds? We noticed manually executing them using "execute now" seems to work. Any suggestions/recommendations for triggering the workflows via scheduled script or map reduce?

Glad to see I'm not the only one. @Krish Anand when you use "execute now" don't you have to be in testing mode, which limits the workflow to run on just 20 records?

We are in the same situation @neklan just executing now and adjusted some of the searches to reduce as records update so that we don't run into that issue as much or execute on the same records. Also submitted a ticket, waiting for response

@neklan That's right, it only does 20 at a time, we also ran a mass update to trigger the workflow and that got through about ~7000 orders but took about 4-5 hours to run.

Correction, scheduled workflows are still not triggering. I misunderstood. Yes, we were only able to run the 20 record test.
@JessicaL are yours really running? I thought ours were but they weren't.

Just got word from Netsuite there is an open defect for this issue

We are also still having this issue as of 15min ago (rescheduled a workflow and it wasn't run though i noticed test mode did work earlier).

It looks like our scheduled workflows restarted as of 6:52pm ET. Looks like it may just be running backlog and not current schedule.

Here's a workaround we deployed today - a scheduled script/map reduce script that will trigger the workflow and the script can be scheduled to execute every 15 mins or so.
