@iSuite we were experiencing the same issues: NS wouldn't load, record taking forever to load, etc... It was due to the OCI migration. NetSuite attributed it to Defect 678385. We created a support case and escalated it through our account manager. NS Support escalated it to a U2 priority and everything seems to be working properly now. My advice, get in touch with your account manager (call, email) and keep on them to get things done, else who knows how long this would have taken...
