Update: I've been back and forth with Netsuite multiple times in the last couple weeks. Support Case # 4760517 is what we are a part of, I believe this case number includes multiple similar user incidents. We've done 2 sets of testing where netsuite support will tell us to click and load certain things like sales orders and product records to help diagnose. They've been having us keep screenshots of load times by double clicking the "Netsuite" logo at the top left of the page after it finally loads. All in all, they are well aware its a problem resulting from the OCI move, but they are still working on it
