We have moving to a new building, basically we are moving three physical locations into one new facility. I was thinking about just doing an inventory count before and after, or even making the moving truck a temp location to transfer the inventory on and off. I really worried about the inventory since I never been in a situation like this. • Any recommendations and things we need to be aware of?

Could you do transfer orders from the 3 old locations into the 1 new one? Not sure if they are all different physical locations or just systematic moves but if you use the transfer order you can use the receiving process to validate/count incoming inventory Also I would highly recommend a count after for sure
