Hi, we have an item with a problem. On the item card it tells us that 142 are commited but the reallocate page says 0 commited. Reallocating stuff doesn't seem to work at first but in the line history of said SO the item is commited and directly uncommited... Other items working fine and we can't explain why this is happening... Anybody has some similar ideas? 😞

What is the item type? Lot, serial or regular inventory?

Just a regular inventory item. Sorry I should have mentioned that but since we're only using those I forgot to do so...

Check all the transactions this item is on. Things like this typically happen when you have special order lines that have been received but not shipped yet. It can really screw things up if you adjust inventory in between as well.

Hey, thanks for the responses! Checking the issue this morning upon arrival, it seems to be solved? The reallocate page is showing the correct 142... The line history shows a commit log done by -System- in the middle of the night. Sometimes the ways of NetSuite are very strange...
