Editing online lead form. When trying to add custom fields to the form and click save, I get this error. Anyone have advice on what’s wrong?

These are the fields on the form that needs to be filled in and a validation is put via a workflow/script to make them mandatory. You can find these fields names by navigating to custom fields and search with the mentioned internal ids @Jackie

oh gotcha! I though you were saving the lead record. But still looking at the error message it does seem like some kind of validation via a script

ive had this a while ago but dont have access anymore. but you can't just add them in here, they need to be included in the template somewhere. take a look at the CCPI online lead form, somewhere in there you will have NLSubsidiary, NLCompanyname, etc. you may have to add the 3 you added in there

you can go to Documents > Templates > Marketing Templates . your CCPI should be somewhere there.
