My sandbox is marked as “DO NOT SEND EMAILS” but I’m still getting emails. Is there some other setting I’m missing?

I vaguely remember that suitescript emails would still send. I'll try and find the defect ID we received for it.

what kind of emails? I know password resets and new user login emails still get sent
