hi, if i create a new custom field of type dropdown list, how can I avoid users from adding new reocrds through the list. I have set access to edit. If i set the field access to None, nothing is displayed and View, it is only displayed on view. But my objective is to be able to display the custom list but not let users to add records from it. Thanks

access to the record that is being listed needs to be set to view.

yeah. so a user has access to create a record, if that record is used as a list they will see the plus button
