Hello, how do I restrict subsidiaries on a system notes search? It is pulling in the notes from the payment card record.

You could try joining User record and filtering by subsidiary on the User record. That I think is the best you can do with System Notes as the base search type. However what you can do is use the base search of transaction and filter subsidiary there and join the system notes record. (Switch base record to the one your wanting find system notes on)

Thank you! I have tried...SO many other types of searches. System notes is the only way I could get exactly what I needed in terms of results. So, ill give the user notes a try.

@Emma Griffith If you are only looking to restrict for a particular subsidiary, a quick workaround could be limiting your role to a subsidiary in the Set preferences > Restrict View tab

Unfortuantely, system notes SS can only be run in admin role regardless of permission. My workaround is to email the results to the user, but the email is not matching her role subsidiary permission. Thank you for the suggestion, though!
