We found an issue since our 2022.2 upgrade where items on a Sales Order were not closing in certain scenarios. We have fixed the problem; but, does anyone know a quick way to mass update the "isclosed" checkbox so that specific item doesnt get rebilled in the future? I tried csv import; but, the only way i could get it work in sandbox is if I set "override sublist" = true but I cant do that in production. A little nervous to try Mass Update (if that is even possible).

I think we're just adding the Line ID which is available in saved searches. No need to overwrite sublist as far as I remember.

You shouldn't need to do Override Sublist. If you have Internal ID and Line ID, you should be able to update that box without overriding. Were you mapping Line ID? I could see that being an issue if you're not adding Line ID. Though I think it's called Order Line or something that's not quite Line ID.

Thanks @Luis and @RJMNS for your comments. I was actually mapping LineID but it wasnt working! Crazy enough, I figured it out. So, ***isclosed shows on the import mapping whether you have it on the form or not. HOWEVER, if it isnt on the form / screen, it will not update.
