Good day, I set up a custom form that allows employees to issue funds outflow requests. The concern is that any employee has access to the entire list of recorded requests, which is not good for the confidentiality of financial information. I would like each employee to have the view only on his records and those of his subordinates (as far as supervisors are concerned). Can someone give me a rough solution please.

HI Ingora, I had a similar problem some time ago, the solution I went for was that the list view had the reference and date etc but no confidential information. On clicking through I had a workflow which checked if the current user was the 'request creator' or in the employee group then it would load the page else would bring up an error.

Hi @amandeep I have just implemented this solution and I am perfectly satisfied with the result. It is true that the final objective was to manage to limit access from the list view but with this solution I perfectly guarantee the confidentiality of the data. Thank you for this great contribution.
