Sales Order

have been returned via a

Return Authorization

- is there a way to hide the

Authorize Return

button on the

Sales Order

, as it seems to be useless? And generally, why is NetSuite allowing more inventory to be returned than the Sales Order actually has? Thanks

There's a hide action button button action in workflows that you could use. I don't know the why.

Actually this button serves as a trigger for pending approval status for return authorization. If you do not care about using it you can hide it as @RJMNS suggested
