Hi -- I am trying to set up payment notifications for payments I made with the help of the Electronic Bank Payments bundle as per instructions here: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/netsuite/ns-online-help/section_N1672006.html The guide above is unclear as to whether these notifications can be automated. Is anyone here able to speak to any automation of payment notifications with the Electronic Bank Payments bundle? Or are these all manual, or is there a better way of sending these notifications out? Thanks in advance!

@Joanne it's a manual process. If you want to automate the process, you will need to create a workflow which picks up all the bill payments within the day and email it to payees at a certain time i.e. 5pm. Then you don't need to use the Payment module payment notification feature
