Hi, is there a permission for Access token creation? We have an admin role that has no HR/Employee access and they have "Access Token Management", but can't access the token creation selection under setup.

They also need to have the User Access Token and the Login Using Access Token permission. Also add Login Using OAuth 2.0 Access Token.
