hi everyone, does anyone know a way to set a reminder notification for negative inventory as of the specific date it goes negative? To give an example, lets say we received inventory on an incorrect date (lets use 11/11/2022 for incorrect date) but it really should have been received the week prior on 11/3/2022. In that time frame we shipped out one of the items on this receipt on 11/5/2022. Since its not received until 11/11 it will technically be showing as a negative from 11/5 until 11/11 at which point the negative will be cleared out. While the negative will resolve itself on 11/11, the receipt date is technically wrong and if that negative is not noticed between those few days then it will no longer be negative and probably be missed and never fixed. Does anyone know a way to call out that negative even after the item is no longer "technically" negative? Hope that wasnt too confusing and i appreciate any help.

Create a saved search which highlights COGS account impacts on Item Receipts not created from RA, on Adjustments, on Inv Transfers or on Assemblies. The previous fulfilling transaction(s) prior to these receipts will be the cause of the negative, you can review and correct from here.
