Does anyone know if the status 'Sent' in the Campaigns to customers means that the user has not seen the email? Or is there a possibility the user has seen it?

Other status includes Clicked Through, Opened, and Responded which guarantee the user has indeed seen the email campaign, but is not sure about 'Sent'
