We are looking to enable the customer center — We’d like to build a custom suitelet for our customers to access. Does anyone know if it is possible to do that, or is the customer center limited to just select forms?

It’s limited to Netsuite standard or custom forms. You can’t trigger a Suitelet via the customer center.
