SCS Cloud (<http://www.scscloud.com|www.scscloud.com>) has sales order and invoice payment link solution called ePay and they can get you setup using CyberSource on Shopify and NetSuite such that you would be able to Auth in Shopify and Capture/Charge in NetSuite.

We use Cybersource on both our Shopify and Netsuite for credit card processing. Never had any troubles with it. I highly recommend it.
