Tough to say without digging in, but I do know those reports are based off of the Depreciation History records. Were any of them added/modified manually? If they're not set up in a way the system expects, I could see it showing incorrectly. Do you have assets in past years that show up correctly? I'd probably look at the DPH records on those to see what they look like and then maybe adjust the ones in the current year to match. There's like 2 or 3 dollar amount fields on those records. Guessing one is showing zero that shouldn't be.
